Lacey Jones, one of the most well-known female poker players in the world, is the latest poker pro to join Absolute Poker on July 16th, 2009. The signing of Lacey Jones comes less than 2 weeks after Absolute Poker signed well-known online poker pro Matt Vengrin. Jones could not be happier with her new contract with Absolute.
Jones said that she is very excited about this new development of her poker career with Absolute Poker. She said that they could not be more match and she cannot wait to share all of the good things that is in store with the poker community. Jones' poker career started with a 32nd place finish at an invitational celebrity poker tournament, outwitting a total of 360 players.
Since her debut in the poker circuit, she has cashed in multiple poker events, including a 75th place in the World Series of Poker Ladies Championship in 2006 and a runner-up finish at the 2004 San Diego Super Bowl of Poker. Outside of the game of poker, Jones is a well-known model and television hostess. Her two worlds started to mix together with the poker circuit appointing Jones as their poster girl.
After being voted the sexiest poker player in the circuit, she posed for Bluff magazine in October 2008 and got the job of co-hosting The Real Deal show at the Venetian.
